This is a basic study of what it might cost to develop and run such a system. This was developed in order to give the interested party an idea of what it might cost to bring about such a system. The cost will be lower if this is a government endeavor.

ASSUMPTIONS

A village is taken as the smallest unit for data collection 1. Two competent persons are taken for a village.
2. A deadline period of one month is given to each employee for initial data submission after the submission the creditability and importance of the data is checked on the basis of this assessment, the better performing employee will be selected
3. For each updating report provided by the selected employee through centralized ticketing system which is validated by our agent is paid
4. The software required is outsourced from a well known software development firm. The working model of the software should be provided within a period of 1 month with a warranty of 1 year in which the maintenance is done free of cost
5. Kiosks are working at 3 airports. All of these 3 kiosks work for 24 hours and 7 days and are employed with part time employee who work for a time slot of 6 hours.
